3.3. Finnish content of the contract price (in Euro and as percentage of the contract price):
1. Costs from Finland (Finnish costs + profit margin of the whole contract),
2. Costs from the buyer’s country, 3. Costs from other countries (if over 20 % of the contract price) and
4. Commissions and fees to agent (name, and country of the agent, costs and fees)
4. Choice of CIRR option
4.1. As requested by the Agreement on common CIRR practices between the EU Member states we choose the applicable rate as follows:
a) Contract Rate or b) Offer Rate
5. FEC Financing
5.1.We understand that each Export Credit shall be supported by an export credit guarantee issued by Finnvera plc and permit hereby FEC and Finnvera to exchange information regarding this transaction.

FEC will be entitled to revise its Offer or, if the information forming the basis for the Offer essentially changes, withdraw from it by notifying the Applicant.
The Applicant should exercise necessary care in assessing the accuracy of information.
